Our vacation home is a haven of tranquility and allure in the hearth of Rome, near Piazza Navona, and offers accommodation in the city centre, within easy walking distance of the most beautiful and suggestive historic sites of the city.
Renting apartments in Rome is the ideal solution for those who want an independent vacation with no limitations or schedules but without renouncing the services of a large hotel.
Information:
You can ask for information simply by e-mail, or through the on line form. Once you receive a response of availability, you will have five days time to pay your deposit and inform us about it.
Reservation form:
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required to make a room booking. The balance will be paid only cash in Euro (no traveler’s cheques and no credit cards) upon check in.
Reservation cancellation:
In case of cancellations made within 10 days before arrival, you will be given a bonus of half the value of your deposit which you can use within 3 months. On the contrary, the total amount will be lost.
Check – in:
Check-in time is generally after 01.00 p.m. Upon request and subject to availability, it will be possible to arrange an early check-in or leave the luggage.
Check-ins from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. will be assessed a late check-in fee of € 15.00 per person during working days and € 20.00 per person during weekends.
Check-out time is no later than 11.00 p.m. of leaving day. Even in this case, upon request and subject to availability, it will be possible to stay longer.
The Customer authorizes the use of his/her personal data according to the provisions of privacy law no.675/96.
